A new development for West Grove Florida called Platform 3750 has been approved this October 2017, the project is a mixed-use building on a land of 2.1 acres located at 3750 S Dixie highway. The mixed-use expect to bring stores, offices and residences.
The project will have 192 residential units and 77 of them would be affordable or workforce but initially only the 20% of the planning was dedicated to residences, but neighbors and developers demanded more and decided to make a project that could be convenient for the west grove community.
For the commercial and retail area, there are more than 22,000 square feet of mixed-use. And for office more than 27,000 square feet. The construction will have space for about 400 vehicles.
Platform 3750 is to include 192 residential units, more than 22,000 square feet of commercial/retail area, more than 27,000 square feet of office space and parking for about 400 vehicles.
The design and development of this project are led by plans prepared by Kobi Karp Architecture and Interior Design Inc.
For the commercial space, the developers already have a partner that will be the coffee chain Starbucks. The location of the project allows for the future owners have easy access to Metrorail, and will help to improve the growth of the area and also will provide new services and jobs to West Grove area.
